Important notes:
A security deposit of £250 is required for parties and similar events. This is fully refundable unless there has been damage incurred, in which case costs will be deducted.
You must book enough time to allow for setting up and clearing away within the period you have requested.
Parties after 18:00 on Friday are charged at weekend rates
Regular meetings after 18:00 on Fridays or Sundays are charged at weekday rates on condition they stand down should there be an overlapping request for a party.
Bar hire is for a minimum of 3 hours, finishing at the same time as the end of the booking.
